DIET

“Diet” is a generic term that refers to the make-up or composition of your daily food intake.  “Dieting” usually implies some form of control or restriction placed on your daily food intake.  Over the years, Health Care Practitioners and laymen have proposed several different types of Diets for the treatment of Obesity and the alleged treatment of a variety of ailments. Obesity is a major problem worldwide and may be a contributing factor in many illnesses.  You should always check with your doctor if you find that you are unable to maintain your weight within the normal range for your height.
